Mission
Our mission is to empower Lions clubs, volunteers and partners to improve health and well being, strengthen communities, and support those in need through humanitarian service and grants that impact lives globally, and encourage peace and international understanding. And we fulfill it every day, everywhere we serve.
Club Overview
Helping others, Lions take on roles as organizers, advocates, fund-raisers and hands-on volunteers. Lions worldwide strive to make a difference in their local communities. From every part of the world, small towns to big cities we are united in Helping Others, and serving more effectively as a group than alone.
We Serve
The Orange Park Lions Club has been dedicated to helping meet the needs of the local community since its inception in 1948. All 100% of the funds raised go directly back into the community through needed services such as eye surgeries, exams and eyeglasses, guide dogs, and academic scholarships. The Orange Park Lions Club meets on the 2nd & 4th Monday of every month at 7:00 pm. Meetings are at 423 McIntosh Ave. Orange Park, FL. For further information please email OrangeParkLions@Gmail.com for an invite.
General Information
We are always looking for new members interested in serving others in our community with sight and hearing problems. Email OrangeParkLions@Gmail.com if you would like to attend one of our meetings to check out our club and see all the good things we do for others less fortunate. You only have to be as active as you feel compelled to be and there are several areas of opportunity and learning we can offer our members. Ask any Lion for an application and they will be more than happy to sponsor you.
